「Quiet and comfortable」

「The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.」

「Cute and comfortable room with access to kitchenette. Great communication from host. Close to Erie canalway trail.」

「A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times.」

「The room was cute and very welcoming. I have travel that will take me through Albion throughout the year. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay in the Anderson Room in the future.」

「Room was clean. Only problem was we were next to a wedding party and the next room must’ve been used as a bridal suite and they were up at 5:30 getting ready and I could hear everything!! They were so loud, music blaring. I was so tired after a long trip.」

「I do not feel the reviews were accurate. The neighborhood did not feel safe. Multiple houses around are collapsing or in serious disrepair. The house felt very exposed and vulnerable. I was worried about fire risk or our car overnight. There were very steep stairs to the apartment and were traveling with an elderly person, did not see disclosure on that. There is no way the reviews should be rated as high as they were. The code to the door did not work and we saw that as a sign to walk away and...

「Would definitely book this apartment again. Bryan is an excellent and communicative host. Superior attentiveness. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Slept well.」

「The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable.」

「The property was as advertised and met all of our expectations.」

「We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!」

「The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

「Our visit was a lot of fun. The cottage is nicely renovated and the owner was very responsive to my questions. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games at the table. The fire pit was the best part of the grounds as it's next to the lake. I gave the property a 4 for two reasons: there isn't A/C, and unfortunately coming off of a heatwave, the cottage was hot/humid the first night even with 6 fans going and windows open; secondly, I...

「This cottage was just the right size for us. The lakeview was beautiful. The sunsets were amazing! The septic system is shared with neighboring cottages from my understanding which noticeably effected the flushing of the toilet. Check in/out and communication with host was efficient and hassle free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!」

「This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful.」

「Wonderful cottage and hosts! The only thing that could have been a little more clear in the description is that the access to the water is not easy! A big drop and you have to scale big rocks to get up and down to the water.」

「The house was immaculate…The yard and the view of the lake are beautiful. Wendy the host got back to me right way and checked on me regularly. She’s been gracious and kind and accommodating. I’d most definitely stay here again. My dog and I thank them for a great stay!」
