“Clean and very friendly staff”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel and I’m always pleased at how well it’s run. My room was clean, my keys were ready when I walked in and the breakfast is always nice. Thank you for your service and hospitality.”

“This is probably the only option in town. We appreciated the clean room, the convenience of getting there on our bicycles, and the friendly staff who let us check in early. Plus they gave us a great dinner recommendation for fresh, delicious and authentic Mexican food!”

“Had a comfortable week’s stay here. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was “surface” clean but it’s clear the carpets had not had a deep clean in a while. Breakfast food options were sufficient but not appealing: not many options for healthy eaters. Utensils kept in drawers underneath the food selections: a strange choice, because there were just tons of crumbs in the drawers with them. Overall I was happy with my stay: it’s a busy hotel with great long-term stay amenities but it……

“The check in could have been smoother. The hotel could have send us the code by Expedia message. But they responded quickly and graciously.”

“This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities.”

“Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”
