This place is not bad but probably won’t stay again the room we had assigned never was cleaned so we had to move to another room. That room wasn’t any better but it did enough for us to stay. The staff was nice to accommodate us with a new room but that room had a few stains like in the kitchen and the bathroom the roll of tissue was there from previous tenants who stayed so we had to get new toilet paper . The place was easy to check in and out

Most of the things in the bathroom shower were broken and unattached. The artwork fell off the wall and they never came to clean the room. I needed to request sheets and change myself.

Studio 6 in Rochester, NY oversold their capacity and I was denied a room which I had reserved during late August. The Expedia phone reservationist contacted 13 other Rochester area hotels, but could not find an available room in the area. I was a 7-hour drive from home. I “napped” in my rental car for a bit, before I began my long drive home, arriving in Boston at 7:45 am.

The front desk has poor customer service. They act as if they're mad they have a customer. The room smelled bad, the bathroom had roaches walking around. It was a done deal when I saw the roaches, I immediately checked out. The place is nasty.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator which were great. There was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee cups. There were bars of soap in the bathroom but no shampoo or lotion. The hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Guests were asked to remove trash and linens from their rooms. Read the information about this location carefully prior to booking a room so you aren’t surprised. Better yet, stay somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience and could not get my money back. The front desk manager barged in to my room and told me I had to leave around 9 am said I was a homeless guy that broke in. No I provided my reservation number and confirmation they said I could stay. Before checking out I asked to speak to a manager or was the same woman that barged in to my room. She said the room was under maintenance and was not supposed to be rented out. However my reservation observed that room open and assigned it to me
