“We enjoyed our stay. The location was central for us to use as a hub to take day trips out and back from. It was just the right size for two. The guesthouse was clean and bright and we were greeted by chickens and a rooster upon arrival.”

“Could have used more information in writing in the house on systems/appliances (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher). The door between bathroom and two downstairs BRs needs to be shaved; it is sticking. Given such small BRs on the main level, there should at least be some shelves and/or more hooks. The sofa is REALLY worn; otherwise, the common area is excellent and attractive for a group of our size.”

“The property was in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The interior of the cabin was cozy and warm while the outside was winter winter. The isolated set of cabins are located near a pretty well equipped town, close to the Golden circle and all of its attractions, and far enough out that it gets nice and dark at night if you want to see the Northern lights. There is a food court with six stands a short drive from the cabin, many other options in the small town, and it is close to Selfoss which……

“Great location for anyone wanting to explore the southern coast. In a quiet neighborhood located near plenty of food options. Very clean and comfortable. Playground just a short walk away if you have kids too. Will definitely stay here again”

“So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long shower. ”

“This wonderful home has it all. It is centrally located to all the wonderful attractions in the South Coast. Very spacious, but warm and inviting. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We were able to see a wonderful Northern Lights display with the wide open land around us. Would recommend and would stay here again on another trip to Iceland.”

“The barn house was a peaceful base camp for exploring the south coast. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The most well stocked property I have ever stayed at with cooking supplies, laundry, and bathrobes. The large window skylights, lighting, and infloor heating created a cozy place for our family to enjoy. Highly recommend!”

“Loved to stay in the Cabin! Great Location for the south area. The cabin is very comfortable and have everything you need. We just had a bit of trouble getting the hot water going and the pipes make a lot of noise while you use the shower, but other than that, we loved it here and would love to come back! “Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er……
