Great place

Great place, clean, comfortable, nicely furnished. Better than staying at a hotel, same prices and all the comforts of home. Highly recommend

One Night Stay to end vacation

We stayed at this condo on a Sunday night, before heading home from our March Break. We were excited about the pool and proximity to area restaurants and Vetta Spa.The space fit our family of 5 well. The bathroom layout was ideal, and we loved that it was a 1st floor suite. However, the door was difficult to get into, the pool area had some visible repair needed, the 2nd fold-out couch was VERY small (definitely NOT a double), and there were some cleanliness issues, including hair in some of the dishware in the kitchen.The host, Candace, was extremely responsive to our needs, and went out of her way to get us into the activity centre early, as we had time between our previous check-out and this check-in. Overall, a good experience, but a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning staff would be appreciated

We stayed one night. Here is what happened: 1] Check-in— We had received an email saying that a PIN would be emailed to us prior to check-in. This would allow us entry to the suite. It was not emailed until we repeatedly tried to contact the host. 2] Just after check-in—In that same email (see #1) we were told key cards would be placed within the suite. These key cards would give access to the swimming pool and other facilities. The key cards were not supplied. They were only delivered to us when, again, we tried contacting the host. 3] 4:00 AM—My wife wakes up and realizes there are BEDBUGS on our sheets and pillow!!!! I proceed to immediately contact the host to let her know, and then take all my family's clothes, shoes, bags, etc. to a 24-hour laundromat to use the washers and dryers. We checked out not long after I return. I contact the host and request a refund. The host responds that she will be in touch with the owner and will arrange for the refund. It NEVER gets done. I have been in touch with the host several times now, over the course of several days. Each time this person expresses sympathy, yet nothing gets done. It is now 1 week since we first checked in. WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. In fact, I am almost certain that if I were to contact the host right now, sympathy would again be expressed, promises to provide the refund would again be made, and still the refund would not be provided. My family has been traumatized by this experience.

The locks dont actually do their job, it's a safety issue. No one cleaned the apartment before we got there. I had to clean the dishes, make the beds (there were no spare sheets and there was blood on a pillow case), clean up all the food and harbage all pver the place...it was terrible. It was really hard to find and someone was in our parking spot. We got in late at night so not much could be done. Literally had to walk around the place worried someone else was still in there cuz nohing was locked and the place looked lived in. Next morning, Candace offered a refund for the night. Still haven't received it (5 days later) and shes no longer responding to her messages. There were no more garbage bags for us, so we didnt have anywhere to put our garbage. We also didnt receive any key cards for the gym/pool. Candace said she was there and would deal with the person in our parking spot -- they never moved their car. We had to hope there were 2 empty visitor parking spots for us. Expedia wont let me upload photos for some reason.
