Very comfortable, clean and great location on the beach. It’s an ideal size hotel with a great spa, gym and treatments. On the beach and has its own pool so you’re spoilt for choice. I will definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent property right on the beach. A bit difficult to find from the main road but that might help once you are there. Staff are universally helpful and the facilities are first class

Breakfast one of the best i had. Cypriot products and french. Exceptional staff in restaurant. Great for couples. Romantic with skybar nd live music, beach bar nd lounge. Pool use until late. Late night swimming beach and boardwalk at back to walk along beachfront. Great for families too especially the childrens pool and beach water not deep. Clean nd modern nd new. Staff very polite. Bed so spacious nd comfortable. Room spacious with many amenities. Fantastic stay. Would hv liked a few more toiletries in room nd the bar gave me my martini warm in paper cup as ran out of glass nd i didnt enjoy it. Would hv also liked a few more information from receptionist about hotel amenities nd events etc nd where everything was. Some rooms ugly views as construction going on now with some noise. Overall would stay again as a couple and with my children and would recommend it.

A fantastic hotel

I stayed here as a first stop on a trip that took me around Cyprus and this hotel set the bar high, a bar that was not quite met in my subsequent accommodations despite the fact they were all of a good standard. Both the accommodation and staff/service are exceptional. The hotel is quite new I think and this is clear to see put this together with a great service standard and friendly greetings, notably from Andria on my visit to breakfast on my first morning it all just made for a great stay. And their pool towels are long enough to cover the whole lounger…a game changer. Given the great location with such easy access to the airport I’ll certainly be staying here on future trips to the islands

Amazing trip

Amazing stay friendly & helpful staff. Excellent recommendations on local places to eat and the hotel restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet wide selection of tasty food. Lovely walk on the beachfront walkway. Travelled during the Cyprus winter weather was still nice sunny days. Andrea was amazing and helpful with getting around so was the manager on the front desk. Would definitely come back to Cyprus and stay at this hotel. Found the locals very friendly ! All in all an amazing trip

Beautiful and clean property. Rooms are airy and new, restaurant was fairly priced and good food with lovely service. Two issues that should be easy for management to fix: Our showwe did not drain and completely flooded we the bathroom whenever we showered. The shower floor was also a bit slippery. The general noise from guests echoed through the building. Hear all doors and the coming and going of neighbors through the night. A white noise machine should drown it out.

This is one of the most Beautiful Hotel we've ever stayed at! Beautiful yet simple modern design, very Cozy! Calming! Spacious, very Clean, the staff were the kindest and warmest people ever, the care and focus they give you when you ask them anything is very very rare to encounter! The hotel has everything, small yet big heart! The Spa was another amazing part of that Hotel, The Lady responsible was beyond caring and attentive in explaining and making sure all is clear and safe for us, she made my Wife melt from relaxation! It felt like you're staying at a family house. It was my wife's birthday and they left us a small cake with a candle and a beautiful card wishing Happy birthday.. they are very thoughtful...we are definitely coming back again very soon!

A Luxurious Oasis of Excellence!

From the first moment we stepped into the Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort to the minute we had to (sadly!) depart, we couldn’t find fault with anything. Every detail spoke volumes about their commitment to excellence. The staff redefine service and hospitality. Their genuine smiles, impeccable manners, and proactive assistance made us feel special and valued. Whether it was arranging spa treatments or suggesting local restaurants, they anticipated our requirements effortlessly. The hotel’s professionalism is a benchmark. Their efficiency and attention to detail was perfect. They seamlessly balanced warmth with respect for privacy. The restaurant was a culinary delight. Each dish was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully – breakfast was lovely and one was spoilt for choice. We both had spa treatments, and Katia/Tatiana was so lovely, professional and attentive to every detail – faultless! The beach location is spot on, the sandy/semi-private beach so convenient - right outside our room. The bed was very comfortable and a great view of the sea. The blackout curtains ensured peaceful nights and long lie ins.. We’ll be back 😊

I loved the fact that this is a new hotel with up to date amenities and services. Great breakfast and lovely pool/beach area. Some minor changes would make it even better. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cyprus. Some Feedback: Shower: it was hard to take a shower without the water splashing out of the shower stall. Shower pan was shallow and glass guard too narrow to prevent the water from getting out. The bath mat helped to catch it all but with all the humidity by the sea it wouldn't dry fast enough. Also, there was no place for me to put my own soap and toiletries that I use in the shower. Desk Chair: it is too low for the height of the desk. I have to work while I travel. Took one of the chairs from the balcony which actually worked well. Outdoor Rack: There was no outdoor rack to dry bath/beach towels and bath mat. People would drape them over the glass balcony rail which is not a good look for the hotel.

Idyllic location if you face the sea and dont turn to your left! -Clearly off-peak as a number of the facilities aren't available e.g. the roof-top bar. With those, I think the experience could be elevated, as the only open bar (which had to be used due to the changeable weather), is set back, without a view. - Check-in was smooth and friendly - some work needs to be done on improving the ramp access/surfaces to make it easier to get to rooms with bags - I wasn't meant to be lifting anything as I was recuperating from surgery and ended up having to in a couple of spots due to the the surfaces not being level. - The room was lovely, with a spectacular view and balcony (I recommend opting for a sea view room). - Staff and service varied. There were some upbeat and friendly, and others who didn't appear to have had any service training whatsoever - I wasn't even greated with a smile or asked how my stay was when I was checking out - all of these little things could have made a difference to my experience and my review. Rooms aren't very sound-proofed. I could hear the shower chatting next door footsteps upstairs. Only one restaurant- fairly basic. The lamb chops were trimmed well and the aubergine was delicious but the other veg didn't belong on the plate and were undercooked. Bread served with cheap margarine rather than olive oil. - Option of freshly cooked eggs wasn't mentioned on the first day. Second day, ordered an omelette - it never arrived. - spa could be im
