Welcome to my quiet, typical Cypriot villa, ideally located in a private residential complex, just 800 meters from the Oroklini salt lake, where hundreds of flamingos and many other bird species can be observed every year. The Oroklini promenade and the nearest beach are only about 1000 meters across country, while the highway entrance is only 500 meters away - ideal for day trips in the area. Bus stops for lines 445 (700 meters) as well as 424, 425 and the night line 445 (1000 meters) are within walking distance, and the village supermarket is only 1500 meters away.

On a 400 square meter plot, the shared villa offers everything for a relaxing stay: in front of the house there is a large 6-burner BBQ gas grill for convivial barbecue evenings, plus plenty of seating at a 6-seater and a 4-seater dining table. The shady carport invites you to relax on a large leather sofa. There are three sun loungers, several parasols and beanbags by the pool. Additional lounge seating is available on the large terrace.

The first floor of the villa impresses with a shared fully equipped, open kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and various kitchen appliances that leave nothing to be desired. Directly adjacent is the dining area with a dining table for eight people and the cozy shared living room with a 65-inch LED smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a desk. A special highlight is the separate shared fitness room, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, leg press, incline bench, lat pull-down, Smith Machine, front squat & hack squat, numerous weights and a 42-inch Smart TV.

On the second floor you will find the bathroom shared by the two guest rooms with rain shower, your private room, another guest room and my own bedroom with separate bathroom. Fresh towels for the shower, pool and beach are provided. Your 14 square meter room has a comfortable bed (160x200) with five pillows and a huge blanket (2.2m x 2.4m), bedside cabinet, 32-inch smart TV and two spacious built-in closets. A highlight of your room is the direct access to the balcony with sea view - perfect for enjoying the view from your bed in the morning.
