“The place is clean. Good air-con. Convenient location. But it should not call itself a hotel, because there is no cleaning service throughout our eight nights stay. No change of bedsheets. No collection of garbage. There was NO previous warning before check-in, or before payment for the 8 nights stay has been made. The house manager just suggested we wash the towels ourselves using the Japanese washing machine and to purchase laundry detergent from him. It is really shocking to find a……

“We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. I have sent an email on the second night to ask for replacement of towel, etc but receive no reply from the hotel. And thus, no towel replacement is happened during the entire stay. Honestly speaking, we will not choose this hotel again if we return to Okinnawa.”

“公寓式住宿，一層一戶出入單純，內有微波爐等廚具很方便，很有生活感的舒服住宿，附近有兩家超商。現已改為電子鎖自助入住，但還是會有需要跟飯店溝通的事項，除了平台的訊息之外沒有任何其他聯絡方式有點麻煩，我在入住前主動聯絡才得到PIN碼；另外工作人員的英文不夠精確，溝通上會有點障礙。”
