“The best room we had out of the 7 we stayed in in Croatia. Immaculate right from the entrance gate and all throughout. Set in a stunning area of Zagreb in the foothills, away from the hustle of the city. A warm welcome and smooth check in. “They offered self-check-in for customers so you don't need to call them to get the key. (This is absolutely convenient for those who don't have a local sim card! The room is clean and lovely. A mini kitchen is available. However, during my stay in this apartment, the WIFI did not work. I believe it will be fixed soon. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided. You need to bring your own ones. There are an $8 euro cleaning fee and $2 euro city tax which was untold when I was booking. So……

“入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！”

“Big studio apartment in the heart of Zagreb. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of cupboards and drawers for our things. We also appreciated the air conditioning and kitchenette. The check in desk is at the Main Square Hostel which is not mentioned anywhere and would have made it a lot easier to find! Hostel staff were helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to my messages when we needed helping finding them. ”
