「I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed. Then my son tried to take a shower and the shower head disconnected from its base even more. It had been 2 days without a functioning shower at this point. I told the staff as we left that we would...

「We spent 4 wonderful days in a stunning property situated on a hill with a panoramic view of San Jose. The house was extremely beautiful and well-maintained, with cleanliness evident from the moment we arrived. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the most delightful experiences was the pool, which was always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. The bed is so comfortable, i slept and dreamt so beautifully here & the little deck outside was perfect for my yoga and the hammock swing was so fun to relax and do some writing in. I loved my 3 nights here! There just was no hot water for the shower but everything else was absolutely incredible about staying here and would...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at La Vida Mountain Resort and Spa. We particularly enjoyed the evenings watching spectacular thunderstorms flashing in distant skies over other valleys while there was not a drop of rain where we were. The food was consistently very good and the staff always friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.」
