「As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, especially the hotel manager. He was very positive and courteous, and he gave me one of the best rooms with absolutely stunning views. Breakfast, cleanliness, pools—everything is a five-star experience.」

The room had AC. My only complaint was the heated bathroom, I could not change the temperature no matter what button I clicked. It was always so hot in the bathroom & felt like a sauna.」

The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. 「This is a new hotel. We arrived around 7pm and had to leave early morning. The room was clean and well maintained. The reception's team was well speaking English and recommended us a good nearby restaurant. They also offered us Breakfast to go for our early checkout. I wish i could stay longer in this hotel!」
