We were disappointed by the hotel staff’s unhelpful attitude. Although we paid for a room for two guests, only one person stayed. We requested a two-hour late checkout, but the staff were unwilling to accommodate our request or even listen to our concerns. We expected a more professional and considerate approach to guest service.

Hôtel très propre

Hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses (literie ++) Le personnel est très agréable. Le seul point négatif est l'accès qui peut être compliqué au Wi-Fi (il faut mieux rester dans l'espace Lobby)

Spacious room, very clean. Enjoyed the pool area but pool too cold. Location good, pleasant Japanese Garden next door. 2 minutes walk to Bodmozor metro.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMENDED!!! SHAME OF TASHKENT

Bad choice ever!!! But let's say in order. These days, of course, not, but not so long ago it was one of the best hotels in the city. And I believed that it is still a good hotel with a good service. That was the reason to book rooms in this hotel for my family for new year eve night.... 1) At the booking stage I chose 2 rooms (twin type), which means 2 rooms each with 2 single beds. 2) Then after receiving so called greeting message from Holel side I once again send a request with full explanation (there will be a family, so one room is for a father, mother and their little baby of 3 years old, and another room for their elder brother and his friend, so, PLEASE, check, that there must be 2 beds as we booked. As a result my family got 2 rooms, and there was one double bed in each!!! Ok, for parents and baby it maybe ok (eventhough the reservation was for twin room and there was a special request for 2 beds), but for 2 mail friends it was kind an akward situation. 3) They requested a documents to prove that a baby is a family member. It maybe like this, but why wouldn't they mention it anywhere? 4) Oh, and they didn't answered me after my request message, eventhough they read it the same day (2 days before check-in) 5) The exchange office was not working 6) When my family tried to ask for something the manager's first reaction was like: well, you know, it is new year eve, so our staff mostly is already off their duties bla-bla-la... Are you serious?

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Curtains were stuck and not closing, electrical switches not working properly. I hanged the clean my room sign the whole day since morning and room service did not come.
