“The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very good. Unfortunately, the prices displayed on hotels.com are not applied by the property. they say that the prices of hotels.com does not apply VAT but hotels.com receipt shows a "Tax" line, equals to 12% of the non tax amount, which is the VAT amount. this is very disappointing and i had to pay the surplus because i had my flight to catch up and didn't have time to contest it. ”

“Overall great! The hotel is inside the main lobby of the Central Tashkent Train railway. After the security check, the sign for hotel is above the entrance to the garden on the right. Head straight to sign says VIP , enter the building and the hotel entrance is in the right. Very convenient bc I needed to catch the high speed train early morning. I used the hostel section of the hotel. ”
