The owner/property manager (Monika) was amazing - very welcoming, friendly and professional! The property is impeccable - a blend of modern and rustic (new construction) with a fantastic spa - and it’s only a short walk to the center of town and gondola to Seceda. We’ll definitely return - hopefully in the winter!

Wonderful property and perfect location. The balcony and views couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner/staff at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very large, plenty of space to cook, prepare meals for hikes, or relax on the balcony. Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars were less than a five minute walk and right around the corner from the main town.

I love the apartment style stay of this place, and sitting on the balcony. It was quiet and peaceful, nice view of the mountains. Very close to the centre, less then a 10 min walk, and around a 10 - 15 min walk to the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars. Nice spa area to relax in. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff were great and very helpful. They have laundry you can buy tokens for and use which was nice to have. Bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Also felt very safe.

What an amazing and relaxing stay! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were lovely. Beds were comfortably firm. Great variety for breakfast. So nice to enjoy the spa after long days of hiking!

Beautiful place! The only recommendation would be to open the spa for more hours or all day for the guest. Having to plan spa time between 4-8 while doing activities is challenging.

Absolutely everything. Monica was delightful, professional and gave us all the information we needed to highlight our stay in Ortisei and the Val de Gardena. Ortisie is a beautiful village I highly recommend a stopover in the Dolomites. Althea Residence exceeded our expectations, the location, our apartment; beautifully appointment with stunning views and everything we needed including robes. We used the wellness centre/spa daily. Breakfast was delicious, the team fabulous. We loved it!
