This stay was our second at this property. It has a wonderful location where quests can be anywhere in Orvieto in 5-10 minutes walk.Valerie and Roberta very responsiive if we had a question or needed anythinlg.We loved the large bathrooms and the well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic place, spacious and clean. Excellent host, who met us and explained everything. Walk out the front door to everything to see in Orvieto. A true jewel of a place.

Perfetto Orvieto

This spacious and comfortable apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the Funicular and is on the main street running all the wayfrom one side to the other of the city. That made it easy and perfect to visit any site or museum or park on offer. The full kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, with Bialetti machine and electric kettle. The beds were comfortable after 25000 steps of walking per day! We did not need air conditioning due to the season. Valerie responded quickly thru VRBO or WhatsApp and check in was simple. I LOVED checkout - she made it so easy (no chores to do). Delightful -

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! The location is in town with lots to do around it. The process to check in and out was easy and Valarie was great to work with! She was quick to respond and very nice! We would stay here again without a doubt! We hope to be back soon!

Spring Treat

Very clean, excellent location, Valerie and Roberta answered questions when contacted and provided needed assistance. If you want a place in the middle of everything, this is the best, but it could be noisy at times. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Glorious Orvieto

My partner & I stayed 3 nights in Valerie & Roberta's beautiful apartment. The unit is bigger than the online pictures communicate, and all finishes are high quality. The location is fantastic & close to all major attractions & many fine restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy & timely; Roberta was waiting to let us in even though our train was over 30 minutes late. It should be noted however that the downside of being centrally located is the early morning & late evening noise from the street below. We would not hestitate to book this unit again.

Great Orvieto apartment!

My husband and I rented the apartment for a recent 5 nt stay. The apartment is as described. The beds & pillows were the best - really nice for a rental property. We cooked a couple of times, but with so many dining options, we mostly ate out. The kitchen is stocked with most of the basics. Great gas stovetop! Plenty of plates & glassware. The apartment is well laid out. 2 king bedrooms, with closets, and 2 nice bathrooms with walk-in showers. We couldn't figure out how to work the tv but honestly weren't there to watch tv anyway. The apartment is easily accessed - up one flight of navigable stairs. The location is fantastic on Corso Cavour. About a 10 minute walk from the funicular to reach the apartment. Roberta was very kind and handled the check-in process easily! We did not have any issues during our stay, but am confident that any concerns or issues would have been addressed immediately. We look forward to returning to Orvieto and would happily stay in this apartment again!

Great Locattion near Duomo and parking. Host gave us precised directions to the apartment. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Excelente localização, mas com acesso difícil se tiver malas

Apartamento muito bom, totalmente equipado e novo. A Valerie (proprietária) é muito atenciosa e responde prontamente as mensagens. O único problema é que, pelo apartamento ser central e muito bem localizado, não conseguimos entrar de carro na rua. Precisa deixar o carro no estacionamento da Duomo, que muitas vezes não tem vaga e fica um pouco longe da casa. No meu caso que estava com malas e bebê, foi um pouco difícil. De resto, tudo ótimo…

Couldn’t have made a better choice in Orvieto

Roberta and Valerie are great! This property is in the perfect location and was so well laid out and appointed. We loved our week in Orvieto and this apartment on Corso Cavour. It is roomy, modern, finely furnished and comfortable. Roberta checked us in and helped so much in getting us in when we arrived very tired and ready for a rest. She was also very helpful in helping to make restaurant suggestions and in locating a taxi for us to get to the train station. All in all we had an excellent Orvieto experience and much credit goes to our accommodations and to Roberta and Valerie. Grazie! Tom and Jane

Great apartment, great location, wonderful host!

The apartment and its location was everything we hoped it would be, but even better is it’s host Valerie. She is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help with a major problem with our trip and did it with efficiency and grace. You are in the best of hands when Valerie is your host.

Perfect city center apartment

This apartment is wonderful, right in the center of town making shopping and restaurants and touring very convenient! Rooms are very spacious, kitchen and bathrooms are well laid out and stocked, modern and clean apartment. Of course, our favorite meal was the restaurant recommended by the host!

Beautifully equipped apartment in heart of Orvieto

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Bathrooms and Kitchen were wonderfully outfitted. Air conditioning was new and kept the summer heatwave at bay. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out for a 6-night stay. If I had to choose one place for improvement, it would be for the owners to add extra pillows for the beds. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Orvieto!
