3 Bed, 2 Bath House located in Performance Boat Center's Cove, Mile Marker 21

Stop looking, you have found the perfect house on the Lake of the Ozarks! This property is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has a 2 level deck with tables on both levels. The dock also has a table to relax at with a beverage fridge within arms reach! You can swim at the dock in our slow no wake cove with an easy to use ladder to get in and out of the water, and a dock box full of floaties. Want a covered spot for your boat? We got it, its 10 foot wide and almost 30 foot long . Do you like music? Well you are in luck, there are Bluetooth speakers on the dock, and built-in speakers on the back of the house. Oh, you are hungry you say? Prepare a meal in our fully furnished kitchen, or on the weber gas grill. Don't want to cook? There is just a short walk or drive to Redheads, Shorty Pants, or one of our favorites Jones Chophouse. Wanna party like its 1999? Hightides is just up the hill from Redheads. Don't forget you're in Performance Boat Center's Cove, one of our favorite things to do is watch all the beautiful boats come in and out! There is a boat ramp within 5 minutes from the house and you can come back and park the trailer in our long driveway.

We had a great time. Neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and many other things. The property is located in a cove but you are close to passage way to watch boats pass. So much fun to watch the different boats. Inside of house is updated and beds are very comfortable. There was a big step up/down from tv area to the rest of house that was hard to navigate. We loved the dock. We would return again.

The house is nice for family gathering with three bedrooms and two baths, fully stocked. The deck is partially shaded, for a little relief from the sun during the hot steamy temps. Calm cove, which makes it great for floating by the dock, or fishing. Yard for pets, just beware of the neighbor who likes to let her dogs roam freely. Ample parking for our large pickup trucks. The owner, Neil, is easily accessible by phone and will make sure any questions are answered in a timely manner.

Awesome place to stay!

We were down for a week of baseball! 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog and it was the perfect fit for all of us. The dock was awesome for fishing, caught bass, blue gill and crappie. The boys loved swimming off the dock and just floating watching the boats go by. Super quiet area, yet close to delicious restaurants and attractions. Bed were comfortable and the kitchen and grill were great for cooking. Would def recommend and would go back to again!

Can’t Beat Central Location!

Another great vacation at Shorefun House! Great location - close to everything you’d want at LOTO. Dock in Shorty Pants/Performance cove perfect for our boats and quick access to water on the hot days we vacationed this past week.

House and dock were nice. It was clean and furnished well. We would use it again in the future. We met one of the two owners as they were working on the dock when we arrived. They worked on the dock and in the rain for the entire afternoon and evening.

Great location and cozy home for our Memorial Day family vacation. Boat slip worked perfect for our pontoon rental over the weekend. We were able to explorer north and south on the lake given the central location.

Amazing vacation rental

this is a perfect property, my wife and i our 2 daughters and their boyfriends (19-22) and our yellow lab stayed for a week, the house had everything we needed, comfy beds, totally loaded kitchen, deck with speakers and a grill. The dock... perfect place to pull in, no wake cove very still water no worries with our new supra. this was our first time to the ozarks. how lucky for us to stay here, right in the center, close to all the restaurants and not too much channel to get to the coves we could surf in. i was hesitant because of not may reviews, don't be! this place is perfect!

Wonderful property in great location!

Our family (kids, parents and grandparents age 5 to 65) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We come to the lake every summer and have tried many different houses. This was one of my favorites! The location near Redheads and shopping was perfect. The driveway was not steep and there were minimal stairs into the house and down to the dock which was a necessary requirement for the older members of our crew. The kitchen was open to the living/dining area so we could all be together while preparing meals and the house was stocked with everything needed! Neal was GREAT to work with and very responsive. Our stay could not have been better!
