Emerald Bay Condos, Portside

Enjoy the beautiful miles wide view of the main channel on the screened deck. The condo is 1178 square feet located at mile marker 14, fully furnished, and is ready to be your home at the lake! The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, all the amenities of home and more! The unit also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo is perfect for family and friends to enjoy together! The unit comfortably sleeps 6.
The kitchen has a full electic range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the dishes and cooking utensils you may need. There is also a pantry to store plenty of groceries. A coffee maker (Keurig) is available for your use. Kitchen area has four bar stools and opens to the dining area with a table and four chairs.
After a long day on the lake, sit back and watch the sunset from the spacious living room. The living room features double sliding doors that open to the screened deck. We also have a large screen Smart TV and DVD player. The sofa has a fold out queen size bed.
The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and double sliding doors to the screened deck. There are dressers for your use as well as a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower unit. Bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and closet. Bedding is provided for your convenience.
The hall bathroom also has a vanity and tub/shower unit. Towels are also provided for your convenience.
Enjoy the lake view with your morning coffee or evening drink from the screened deck! The view is spectacular no matter the time of day or season! The deck runs the length of the condo unit and has double sliding doors leading to the master bedroom and to the living room so you can bring the outside in!

Emerald Bay Condominiums features 2 salt water pools (seasonal and one is under repair), a tennis court, basketball court and a clubhouse w/fitness area for your use and enjoyment. The Horseshoe Bend location puts you close to restaurants, shopping, golfing, and many other area attractions!

Unit was nice, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Brian the manager was prompt in responding to our inquiries. To enhance the experience for future guests I would recommend: More than a half roll of paper towels, include kleenex in bathrooms, include more than 3 trash bags for a two week stay, leave instructions on how to operate the television with three modems, explain where the GFI outlets are located, provide maid service after 1st week of a 2 week stay, eliminate smoking directly outside the front door.

Great Condo

The property was lovely, condo clean, close to the pool, easy check in. Close to restaurants. Weather wasn't the best (cloudy, rain), but probably the most relaxing vacation my sister and I have taken. Definitely recommend.

Loved the view; condo was as shown on photos…especially liked the variety of games offered in the condo. Only downfall was we could hear the neighbors through the walls.

Big spider on bedroom floor. Hair/ dirt in about every corner of interior of the place, one of the living room seat cushions was extremely stained, the blinds on front door were wore, it seems pretty dated/ not kept up with the best, the washer had laundry soap all over it, you could hear the neighbors inside their room talking clear as day at 2am, the view from the back deck (though you could see the lake) wasn’t the greatest. The plus side- it was close to bagnell dam/ eating, etc

Condo was lovely. View was just as advertised. Furniture comfortable on the porch. We never once heard from Brian, the manager, whom everyone said is so helpful. But we had no issues that would concern him. Self entry and exit. Neighbors on both sides were noisy. Could hear the guy snoring above our unit. My wife has excellent hearing. The neighbors returned home at 3:00 AM loud enough to be heard. The rules in the greeting letter were all negative: put the towels in the washer before you leave and turn it on; take out the trash; wash the dishes and put away; return the furniture to its original location; leave the parking pass or we'll bill you $200. Just an attitude, but annoying when i read them. Will we forget to return the parking pass? (we did not) OMG. The pool was lovely, and only one other family there in the middle of Saturday afternoon. There's a restaurant 0.1 mile away, at the top of the driveway, that was not only convenient but good.

Great location and Condo

Brian is great to work with! He actively checked to make sure everything was going good for us. The condo was very clean and provided us a great place to unwind after long days on the lake. We will definitely be booking for the years to come.
