Wonderful Weekend Getaway

It was a very nice ,clean,spacious 2 bedroom condo with a spare rollover bed and a patio & a large kitchen island. Perfect Lakeside view over the patio, gas grills by the poolside, and the hot tub was amazing!!!! Will recommend° and hope to be back in the future!

My family and I Stay there because we were in town for my son’s graduation at Fort Leonardwood. This was Amazing timeshare resort the water was beautiful. There were so many amenities. We did not use them, but it’s great for families and the people in the area were so kind and friendly.

Great views but Wifi isn't free

GREAT views! Really comfortable, spacious, clean. Just a 5 minute drive from anything you need. Nice staff/service. No free Wifi though - such an easy thing to include. I just used my phone as a hot spot :) Walls were a little thin too. Would probably be an issue during the busy season.

I made a reservation for two rooms, one for people who were traveling separately. The employee at check-in basically scolded me for making reservations for two rooms-said I can't stay in two rooms, use different name per room next time, etc. Must have told me 3 times. Room wasn't ready upon arrival, at 5:00. Same employee said nothing she could do about it, it was housekeeping. Room was not ready until after 6:00. Other room was not ready until 6:30. People meeting us said their experience with check-in was like ours-not friendly. Rooms were clean. Decor was dated. View from the room was beautiful.

When we got there (3:30pm) our room wasn't ready. The young lady (very nice, but a little slow at doing things) stated that it would be 4pm, then later in conversation 4:30pm. OK, we waited in car, and saw the lobby now building up with new people that were checking in, and all of them coming out angry, for the same reason - late checkin. THEN - when I went to check out, I wasn't sure what to do with the trash. She said very condescendingly, "we only ask two things of you" - she didn't answer my question. I said well, you sure took my money didn't you? She finally, after a couple minutes explains where the trash goes and we went all the way back to our room and put the trash in the cubicle, that was VERY POORLY marked. What kind of place do I get horrible check-in and horrible check out? The check in was very tedious - the whole idea of coming down there was to relax!!!!

Great property! Your balcony view is directly on the water. This property offers a dock unused just for guests. I would bring your own raft or float to enjoy the water. The pools and hot tube area are nice, and offer grills for cooking in the pool area and another location. Check in was great except our room wasn’t ready until 5, the check in time was 4, however they made accommodations to us to offset the delay. It’s close to many fun things to do at the Lake of the Ozarks!! We will be back and will stay here again.

It’s 2025 the internet should be free at hotels!

Great place would stay again. That being said the internet should be free! Or included. Everything else is first rate but the main thing you’re gonna be missing at this place is Internet or you can pay $10 a day for it. Wow.
