全都不錯！不過最後退房時間可以在最後30分鐘提醒一下，不然最後10分鐘真的提來沒有什麼意思；另外酒店人員的確有給指示，不過自動登記有時也有不懂可以再多一個安排人員在旁指導一下

整體不錯，地點不錯，但不滿意酒店需要每三日就必需強行入房清潔這一點，而且只於入住第一天才提供兩枝樽裝水，對我們造成不便。

Overall is great but Check in need to be improved

Overall is great as the ambiance is nice, room is tidy. Has the convince store for us to buy drinks. Free Video and online monitoring of the On-Sen attendances. Staff is really nice and professional to handle the guest inquiries. However, the management need to know how to improve the procedures for Frontline staff to assist. The self check in machine can not find my bookings in Hotel.com, but it can be found in the counter. It do not accept Union pay for the self check in counter, it is great the staff response quickly and handle the situation for my self and my friend. I would say the self check in System is not user friendly and this is the responsibility of top management.

Your feel based on the cost

The room is small but still enough to sleep and rest but the bathroom is really small for me who are XL muscle adult men. Many restaurants and bar around the hotel which is really good for night event. Check in and out both are auto without staff therefore they service is unknown. Overall, it is balance between cost and hotel service. I will come back to APA hotel again.

樓下有24小時便利商店很方便，離梅田走路大概10分鐘，但附近比較多柏青哥店感覺對夜歸女生比較不安全；單人房沒對外窗希望可以在訂房資訊上秀出避免不想訂的人訂到，但清潔隔音是還可以。

酒店距離車站很遠，任何一個站都遠，有老人家要留意，酒店周圍十分熱鬧，附近有激安殿堂，百貨商場地下街，每日食不停好多選擇，酒店房間不大，五臟俱全，仲可以浸溫泉好正👍

房間好多塵，一掀起張被就好多塵飄起。枕頭有啲硬，訓得唔太舒服。酒店附近好多飲酒地方同柏青哥，同埋好多人食煙。人流有啲複雜，如果有朋友一齊住都好啲，唔建議單身女士住呢間，單身女士如果要住呢間，建議早啲返酒店比較好。

梅田車站落車，大約步行10分鐘內，地下街可以直接到達，附近好多嘢食，樓下仲有間力丸燒肉，房間空間算ok，酒店入邊可以浸溫泉，仲有一間Lawson便利店，隨時買宵夜杯麵冇問題
