荷物を預ける際にスタッフの方が素早く対応して頂き嬉しかったです。
部屋も清潔でシンプルな構造で子供と2人なので過ごしやすかったです。
ベッドも大きめサイズにしていただき、2人でゆったり寝れました。娘も喜んでました。
また利用したいです。

滞在はとてもよかったです。
清潔感もあり客室も快適に過ごせました。
ただ、ドライヤーが古くて風量も弱く、ドライヤーをつけると焦げっぽい匂いが嫌でした。
できれば改善してほしいです。

スタッフの方々の対応が手早くて安心感を覚えました。
部屋もキレイでリラックスして過ごせました。
ただ浴槽のカーテンが切れたままなのと、洗面部分の床の汚れが気になりました。
全体的には良い印象でしたので、また大阪に訪 れた時には利用したいと思いました。

朝、併設のぺ～かリーで食事をしました。焼きたてのクロワッサンを案内してくれました。美味しくいただきました。コーヒーも安くて美味しかったです。

駅近い、コンビニあり、部屋は狭いが清潔、バストイレ別の部屋が万博から帰宅した時に最高。ホテルも綺麗、朝7時半から営業している敷地内にあるパン屋さんが美味しい。
