Immediately welcomed by friendly staff that were helpful and attentive. The bathrooms were extraordinarily clean, dormitory was very nice, and common area was cool. Best hostel I stayed in.

Pleasant dorms with nice amenities. Located in an art district with many nice cafes within walking distance. The common area is very nice, and so is the management. They have a security camera on the entrance and digital key fobs so it’s secure and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Feel Osaka Yu! The location was great and easy to get around and the room was clean and well put together. The best part of all was the staff - Kaz was wonderful and so welcoming, and we had a really great time hanging out and playing music. It was a really wonderful experience and we would absolutely go back again!

Kazu was very friendly and available to help in any way possible. He made a phone call to help ensure I could use my Japan Rail Pass for my next part of the trip and showed me different places on a local map to eat. Very clean facilities and soap and shampoo were provided in the showers. The best hostel experience I've had in 15 years of travel.

Had a very good stay at Feel Osaka Yu. Kaz is an amazing host. Any questions I had about the area or Osaka in general, Kaz was able to answer. The overall experience at Feel Osaka Yu was great. When I go back to Osaka I will once again stay at Feel Osaka Yu.

洗面やシャワーなど全体的に綺麗で、清潔感があったのでよかったです。コインランドリーもあって便利でした。また、受付のスタッフの方がとても親切で、大阪に来る機会があればまた利用したいと思いました。

還算滿意的Hostel

這間Hostel離心齋橋很近，最近的出口請從長堀crysta地下街南14出口出來，看見左轉再右轉就會看到招牌。 雖然在心齋橋但是附近環境偏安靜，前台很小巧，有個小沙發跟販賣機，櫃檯人員只到晚上九點，不過都有CCTV，女生一人入住晚上進出也很安全沒有問題，進出都有安全鎖，入住的房間裡可以鎖大型行李，還有衣架跟更衣室，也有簡易廚房跟廁所，床舖也比一般膠囊的床來得寬一些。浴室在B1，屬於乾濕分離，水力很強排水也沒有問題，吹風機也是Panasonic，也有投幣式洗衣機，不過沒有一般我住過的膠囊女生會提供化妝棉或是簡易保養品可以使用，但是整體來說不管是房間或是浴室都非常乾淨 入住前會需要押金五千日幣，也會確認妳是否有大量的購物需求造成很多垃圾，如果有很多垃圾可能會請你花錢買垃圾袋或是支付專人清理費用。 對我來說床鋪睡起來比較扁，房間裡也有點悶熱，如果悶熱的狀況可以改善就很完美

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした！おススメの飲食店を、とても丁寧に何件も教えて下さり、本当に助かりました！ 共有バスルーム、トイレも清潔感がありました。共有バスルームはどうしても髪の毛などが落ちてしまうものですが、ちゃんと側にクイックルワイパーがご自由にお使いくださいと置いてあって、気になる人は自分でさっと髪の毛を排除できるので、料金が安くなるための人件費削減だと思いますので、とても効率的だと思いました！ 料金から考えたら、本当に満足で、また大阪で安めのお宿を探すなら、絶対ここに泊まろうと思いました！

Wonderful gem in great location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! As I had our arrival time mixed up we arrived late and after the normal check-in hours. The host Kaz showed up and got us checked in, we were very thankful for him accommodating us. The place is very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pretty roomy for Japan. The bunkbeds were oversized, we had a little table and chairs, a small couch, and sink in the room. There was a window, and towels, extra blankets, and slippers were provided as well. The bathrooms were clean and bright and very nice, with a separate area for women with many amenities provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, blow dryers, and a straightening iron as well as a nice vanity area to get ready. was very impressed with the bathrooms and the hostel as a whole. The host Kaz is just wonderful, kind and extremely helpful as well as really hard working. He works 7 days a week from 9am-9pm and will help you with any info you need. His family owns a restaurant as well which we wanted to go try, but unfortunately became a little lost, but if you have the chance ask him and he can direct you there. Kaz thank you for everything and your wonderful hospitality!
