The hotel was a bit confusing to find initially (via the underground shopping mall), but it was a good location near several stations. The room was small as expected so not much room for large cases, but the king sized bed was very comfy and the shower was excellent. Breakfast had a good selection.

The twin bed room is very small as it is in the busy area in Umeda. The breakfast provided in the restaurant on the 1/F has a variety of food, like Japanese style food, western style food, salad and fruits. It is a reasonable choice if you don't need to stay in the hotel for long hours during your visit in Osaka.

Loved this hotel

This was such a nice place to stay in while we were in Osaka! I liked how convenient the location was, the hotel even had an elevator go directly down to the underground malls/train stations! The hotel was comfortable and the beds and amenities were great!
