原來張床沒有床㗎,因此當你坐在床上背脊沒有依靠,床褥不太舒適,其中有張床已經被瞓到凹晒。 還有部冷氣機就算開到16度,還是不凍,晚上會熱醒。 浴室水力夠猛,沖涼舒適。地方尚算清潔。

Convenient location but unhelpful staff
The air conditioner and water heater in the room were not warm enough. We needed to put all of our jackets on the top of the blankets even we switched the room temperature to 32 degree. Also, we tried to contact the staff for towel changing during our stay so we used the tablet as they provided. The staff just hung up the phone without replying us and after then that we cannot phone back to them anymore. Besides, we had some enquires before arriving Minn. I waited the reply of their staff for more than 12 hours as the website stated they usually reply within one hour. This really delay my travel schedule and they do not provide any alternative suggestions if they do not provide the goods receiving service.

Generally the hotel is in great condition, very clean and comfortable beds. It's true that the space is a bit small for two big suitcases and one small one, we had to remove its useless hamoc but managed to make do after all. Though it is supposedly near the Umeda complex, the whole area with all its different stations grouped together is rather confusing and it takes time to navigate through the underground shopping areas. And the immediate area of the hotel is rather quiet (with some yummy local restaurants and Aeon supermarket tho two blocks away) and awkward to get around because from Umeda you need to walk through some construction sites (10-15 minutes), and according to google maps buses dont seem to connect to other touristic places so well. And highly recommend you to provide all the necessary check in info in advance of arrival, it is tedious to input for every traveller on the small ipad and its all manual and no staff there to help you. I dont recommend it at all especially after a long journey....

However, we are sorry to hear there were some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectation. It is saddened to know the room layout and one of our items was not amused you. However, we have some room types with different layout in our building and we would be happy to assist you with finding a suitable room for next time. Regarding the access from the station, we understand how complicated the underground of Osaka and Umeda station is .. If you found the access from Umeda station inconvenient, you can come from JR Fukushima station as well. Thank you also for your feedback about our check in system. Due to the regulations, all guests need to provide information each into the tablet upon check in, but we can help for the pre-registration if we receive them in advance so that guests need to do a few steps when arrival. Thank you again for your review and we hope to have another chance to host you in the future.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. We were very disappointed from 2 things in particular, somehow connected: we arrived at 14:00 and they were inflexible with an early check in (official check in is at 15:00). He didn’t bother to check if the room was - maybe - already clean (how it happens all over the world in any hotel). But the worst is that combined with this, it’s not even allowed to leave any bags, as there is no storage room. These 2 points should be improved definitely in order to have a better check in experience. Connected to this, also for the check out, it should be possible to leave the bags for the day, since the check out is at 10AM. On the other hand the cloud check in idea is nice and advanced but you might improve giving direct contact with the agent in charge directly from the room, maybe putting a tablet in the room so that if you need help, you don’t need to get down on the first floor (and wait for others to check in, as there is only 1 iPad). You might consider also daily cleaning and maybe put some protection in the room as there are many sharp corners around the flat.

It was the first time I had such a bad experience while tying it up in my accommodation. First problem: Why don't you e-mail me the password in front of the accommodation? Who's sending it and who's not sending it and why? Everyone is panicking in front of the accommodation and can't come in. Second problem: It's an unmanned hotel, so check-in can't be so inconvenient even if there are no people. I found out after making a video call that I had to enter the QR and press VISTER at the bottom. There was no explanation notice to check-in easily, and I felt like I was solving a mystery. I hope you know that some people are not good at English. Third problem: I waited for 5 minutes because the password I taught you at first didn't fit, and even though I pressed it again, it didn't work, and I couldn't get into the changed password. I wondered if I pressed it wrong, so I tried it with others, checked it together, and pressed it. I don't understand why the system is like this. Fourth problem: No matter how much you turn it on, the heater is not warm. You have to sleep in your clothes. Fifth problem: Even if a drunkard rings a bell, he or she doesn't know the contact information to contact the hotel. Shouldn't there be at least hotel contact in the room? Property is maintained poorly, laundry room smells disgusting. Air conditioning not working, we complained multiple times and no remediation taken. Extremely disappointed, not worth paying a cent

We would like to address your complaints as follows:Firstly, we will improve the management of the premises and the odour issues in the laundry room to ensure your comfort. Your comfort is our top priority and we will make every effort to ensure that similar problems do not occur in the future.We are sorry to hear that the air conditioning did not work properly and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We will take immediate steps to repair or replace the air conditioner.We take your feedback seriously and will strive to improve our services.
