Very pleasant stay
Second time I stay in this hotel . It’s still very good like last time , room is clean n equipped with everything we need . Only one thing not so convenience to customer is the working hour of the reception. They will closed at certain time which is not allows late check in customer . However , for me , I need to leave the hotel around 6am but since there is nobody at the reception so that I don’t know what should I do . Eventually I simply put my room card on their working table , hope they will add a self check out box at the reception area to collect our room card during non service hour .

房間太小，覺得擁擠 地點交通是便利的，在規劃行程時讓人覺得方便。 有附免費早餐且咖啡好喝，但只有麵包可以選擇，而且口味是普通的，只有一兩個款式的麵包是好吃的。

2nd visit
This is my 2nd time to stay here. Fast check in and staff are nice. Only housekeeping is not very up to satisfaction. One day we realised the cups in our room were not replaced or even cleaned. And the toilet has some slightly unpleasant smell. But overall I m happy with the hotel. I hope they shall upkeep their standard and I look forward staying with them again.

客房清潔有待改善
馬桶和沐浴間分開，上完廁所洗手還要繞過兩道打開的門跑到旁邊的沐浴間，非常不便。房間滿佈灰塵，床頭後的飾板（上面有房間燈的控制紐和插座）和沐浴間掛毛巾的架子都要自行清潔才能使用。地上有之前客人留下的安全套包裝。房間不提供瓶裝飲用水、盒裝面紙和梳子，用的話要去便利商店購買或自帶。

地點易搵，梅田站行五至十分鐘左右。食和購物都非常方便， 四圍都有購物中心。 員工態度友善， 只是房間略嫌細， 三人房的話， 打開兩個喼已無空間了；床夠大和舒服。 如果不介意房間細， 這酒店是可以考慮。

The hotel is close to the Umeda Station with 10 min walking. I have booked twin bed room for the first three days which room size is acceptable and the double bed room for the last two days is not big but it is expected. The drainage condition of the shower room of twin bed room is not good and the water flew out from the outlet of bath basin when draining out the water in the hand wash basin. Besides, an old shock and bread was found at the floor and under the bed respectively. The hotel should pay attention to clean the room properly after the guest left. Anyway, the hotel is quite new and booked at good price.

其實離JR站不算相近至少要行十多分鐘，而且房間很細，但仍然可以開啓兩個大行李箱，不過以此價錢還算是可以的。整體乾淨，建築設計亦很好

服務跟地點也很好，房間雖小但配套十足！很好很美的酒店
Hotels.com 內寫著酒店在前抬服務時間後便不能辨理check in手續，需要再等待明天他們再上班時間才能辦入住手續（但沒有說明時間）我於晚上七時許check in , 11時許下來欲前往便利商店時已發覺柜臺已關，有幾個客人應該在等著酒店職員不果。所以晚上到達的人客需查明他們前枱的工作時間。 另外我於退房後差不多上飛機時才發現後備的手機留了在酒店，但於hotels.com聯絡後獲知電話已拾回並等待我下一次去時取回。所以我很相信他們的清潔及保安也是很要好的

Close to train and subway. Coffee shop and convenience stores. -Really small rooms 12 sq meters. -Not recommended for those using wheelchairs. -Nowhere to put suitcases as there is no closet or dresser which made a small room harder to navigate with suitcases and wheelchair taking up space. -Tub has no grab bars and was slippery when wet. -Entry is not accessible, extremely narrow ramp, not wheelchair friendly. Staff were helpful. They had to move suitcases near bar/kitchen to let me in and out of the building as an alternative entry. - No breakfast. -Windows face a busy double decker street. Those on the off ramp had a clear view into the room. /-Window opens, but noisy unless closed...

Bathroom was moldy (tiles and ceiling), and it smelled very strongly of mildew. Room was a bit dusty but not terribly dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work. Very warm room, and struggled to get the A/C to work properly (though that may have been user error). On a positive note, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even helped make a reservation for dinner for us which was very helpful.

Overall it was a decent stay but the property could use a little updating and maintenance to improve functionality and cleanliness.I booked a room with 3 twin beds and there were no bedside tables to place cell phones or small items. In addition, the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling probably due to venting issues.
