The room was nice and clean. There were dishes, cups and glassware in the kitchenette and that was useful, but no other amenities in the bathroom other than the shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. The bed and couch were hard. It is in a great location and the staff was very kind and helpful.

先前和家人到日本有MONday飯店的地方都是首選這家，但是這家2026/7月新開在心齋橋真心沒有理由好好推薦，外面環境除了離逛街地方近一點，吃飯選擇多一些。房間聞滿油煙味的時候實在寫不出太美好的評價😑 我們遇到201-202兩個房間的油煙味非常重，只要對面中國餐館開著房內空氣就遭殃，反應給櫃檯人員他們除了抱歉也沒有提供其他解決方案。

剛入住完。感覺如下： 1) 交通真的很方便，步行幾分鐘就到地鐵站，鄰近心齋橋大丸百貨，對面就是family mart! 2) 我住的是兩張單人床，兩張梳化床，房間沒想像中寬敞，最重要要枕頭真的很難受，最後我要自己出去買枕頭。 3) 我是第一次住這些apartment，原來退房要10am前，延遲1小時要6000日圓，大家留意一下。
