My girlfriend and I loved everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, and close to the train station. We also enjoyed the onsen every night, especially after a long day of walking and exploring!

This is a decent hotel in the heart of Osaka. The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. Only thing is, I wish there was more natural light in the lobby.

The front desk staff was excellent and the room was perfect for our three days stay. They had an amazing breakfast buffet and a great customer service. We loved everything about this hotel. The best part was definitely always being welcomed with a smile after a long day walking Osaka.

Stayed here for a couple of nights at the tail end of our 3 week trip. The place was easy to get to on the subway and the staff helped my wife with an early checkin as she was having a hard time with the heat. This was totally unexpected but definitely appreciated. The lobby is nice when you enter the hotel and there was always a staff member on hand to help with any questions. Rooms were very nicely appointed. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. There is a station in the lobby where you can pick up all the amenities you need. This was the second Resol branded hotel we stayed at on our trip and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for them whenever we travel in the future

Property was okay. The beds were comfortable relatively speaking. The location was a bit removed from some main attractions so transport did take a bit longer than anticipated. The carpets in the hallway and room were stained, so it didn’t feel the cleanest. Additionally, the TV in the room is only in Japanese with 0 smart capability or connectivity to watch Netflix or anything in English, which was disappointing. Bathroom was incredibly small.
