I had originally thought I was booking a hotel that didnt cater for families and was a bit surprised when we arrived. However it has been the best hotel experience of my life. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. The food was good. They cleaned everything everyday. All cups and cutlery were shrink-wraped. All linen was changed every day. The property was so safe. Initially i thought the lock in was odd but it was just an added precaution and added privacy that no 2 customers were in the halls at the same time. I cannot rate them highly enough. All hotels since have been compared to the Roselips.
