This property has a direct access to the Midosuji line, exit M17 Yodoyabashi; check in on the 3rd floor. The check in/out process was easy; there was always someone at the desk to assist; essential toiletries were available in their lobby; there is a mandatory room cleaning on day 3; property was overall clean & well-maintained, except the heater in the hallways felt turned up all the time thus contributing to an even drier air, although this might be just a personal opinion; breakfast was fair, most of the selection was the same every day, except for a few items, staff very efficient and as always, polite; thank you for a restful stay!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! Rooms were a good size and amenities were provided! Very convenient as it connects directly to the underground and is within a 20 minutes (or so) walk to Umeda.

The room was large enough for a solo traveler with several pieces of luggage to comfortable stay there for a few days. The buffet is pretty good and the hotel is perfectly located above a subway station exit for quick and easy access to the subway. The water is noticeably better than at other hotels that I've been to.
