아이들과 가족여행에 정말 좋았어요

11살 13살 아이들과 가족여행에 만족스러운 숙소였다. 슈퍼싱글침대 세개가 붙어있어 잠자리도 편안했고 가운, 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 치약, 면도기, 샤워타올, 면봉 등 물품도 충분했다. 전자렌지, 전기주전자, 냉장고, 작은 씽크대가 있어 간단히 아침을 해결했고 세탁기가 있어장기투숙도 가능해보였다. 객실과 욕실 모두아주 깨끗한 청소상태, 한층에 한 객실이고 주변이 조용해서 편안하게 지냈고 오사카 관광지 모두 지하철 20분 내외로 편리했다. 기대 이상 만족스러워서 꼭 후기를 남기고 싶었다

部屋は４３平米でゆったりしている。阿波座の駅からも近く便利である。朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれ安くて量もある。 問題は洗面所で顔を洗おうとすると前のガラス棚にあたりもう少し広くしてほしい。

スタッフの方々、皆さんとても親切で感じの良い方ばかりでした。素泊まりで二泊利用させていただきましたが、毎日清掃も入っていただきとても快適でした。直ぐ2件先にはコンビニもあり、駅も直ぐ近くなので移動やちょっとした買い物もとても便利でした。 快適な旅行をありがとうございました！

추천해요~

친구들과 4박 5일중 첫째날과 둘째날을 더 룸스 오사카에서 머물게되었는데요. 한층에 방이 하나씩있어서 소음같은것도 없었구 굉장히 편했구요. 지하철도 5분 거리에 있어서 굉장히 편했습니다. 제가 만약 오사카에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 이용할 것 같아용~

Small friendly hotel that's not a hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Our room, on the top floor, is more a small self contained flat including fridge, microwave and washing machine. No room service but lots of local restaurants and the ubiquitous Lawson/Family Mart nearby. Clean and simply decorated. Bath over flows so the drainage not quite right. Small balcony and and separate window window means you can have plenty of fresh air. Really good value.

A very good hotel

Huge room, calm, clean.... close to Subway. Close to Umeda and shinbaschi. Just one point negative... it will be great if they can change beds... a little bit uncomfortable

Very nice and spacious hotel HIGHLY RECOMMEND

From the moment I looked into my room on expedia I knew it was special; this is a very small hotel, with only 1 room each floor. In another word, it also means that I have the whole floor all by myself, which is awesome! I was concerned when I reached the lobby after getting off taxi, because it is basically just a very small cafe with an extra counter for check-in. I was relieved as soon as I entered my room, it was so spacious! Basically a studio flat with tidy bathroom, small kitchen, washer and dryer all for myself! Room itself was clean and tidy, everything is pretty new.... the only complaint is it takes about 5-10 min to walk to the metro, which could be a hike if you visit during summer. Overall, very nice stay, will visit again!!

Surprisingly impressed

I was quite pleased with this hotel. It wasn't a bargain for the money -- room (for Japan standards) was spacious and relaxing, with an almost modern home-y feel. Even had a balcony and a small kitchen! The bed was comfortable and pristinely clean. They need to add a real door to the bathroom with a shower door and shower drain because the water gets into the toilet area. A/c was wonderful. Coffee in the morning from the cafe was great. Service is slightly weird coming from an American perspective, but they REALLY try to make your life easier (English isn't their strong suit but welcome to Japan!). My parents stayed in another hotel in Namba for double the price and their room felt like a cruise ship standard box. Check this Place out; don't think there is better worth for the money.

Great stay in Osaka

Our family stayed with two kids, and we really enjoyed the stay. The room was large, with all facilities in room (kitchen, washing machines). It's one room per floor, so it's really private. The hotel was a walking distance from station, and we didn't feel far at all. The street to the hotel has a few restaurants and convenience stores so we always got what we needed. Excellent!

Excellent service

The hotel location is ok, 5 mins walk to train station, the room is vey comfortable, clean, service is excellent, but in the business area which is nothing open in Sunday! Big supermarket near by, overall experience was great!

Quaint Boutique Hotel. Very Lovely!

It's a Charming Boutique Hotel. ❤ Though the bed is quite hard for my preference, we still enjoyed our stay very much. Very roomy and the room is kept neat and tidy everyday. There's a washer at the yard area & a pantry/kitchen within the room. Bathroom has a bathtub and a showerhead area side by side. Wish there's more shelves to put toiletries and dry clothes. Love the warm toilet seat and heater. However, cold air would still comes in via the gap from the main door. Overall, it has been a great stay & the staff are very polite and helpful. Appreciated.
