My room was good, however, my 11 colleagues stayed at 16~18 floors were feeling the rooms were so dark by poor lighting conditions. They can hardly do the work due to lack of light and sometimes felt scary when they were alone in the room.

karaksa hotel Osaka Namba
Check in was late and not ready upon after 3pm arrival. AC in unit does not work. Called staff downstairs and they said they would adjust from there? Overall room is not bad and location was good. Hopefully they can be better prepped next time and have actual working AC units.

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
we’re arrived late night at the KIX. I messaged them before we arrived. The staff responded right away. All the staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient. Only 9 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Also Namba Station just down stairs.
