“The location of this hotel is spot on! There’s a subway station and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, plus the bakery on the first floor is delicious. There's a 24/7 Aeon right across the street, as well as a Matsuya and FamilyMart nearby. It’s also right next to Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street with tons of great food around. “On the second day of my stay sound 15:30, when I was walking to elevator from lobby level and wanted to enter the elevator which door was still opened, I was unexpectedly stopped by the staff not to do so as it was full, but I saw it only 2-3 people inside! I was forced to wait another one which wasted my time and electricity, not environmental friendly at all. And I later found out the elevator capacity is 20 persons!! Non-sense!”
