“The staff was in great spirits, helped with extra sheets and a pillow when we asked. They checked on us which was appreciated. The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying.

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour.

“A/C and heater were the only things that worked. All the outlets on the headboard side of the bed were dead as was the 2 tables they had plugged into them. There was NO chair to sit on at the computer desk. The bathroom was beyond disgusting.
