"Two four-legged hosts, Bella and Sammy escorted us to Bird Camp which was warm and welcoming when we arrived! They stayed a bit to make sure we felt at home. This was one of the quietest and most peaceful locations we have stayed at. After a day of skiing, we enjoyed relaxing in the sentou - custom built Japanese bath house. What a treat and felt like I was back in Japan - natsukashii! On our last day, we joined a few other guests for breakfast with the host. This totally made our stay as we got to talk directly with Leslie about the property's history and her building/development efforts. She is a wonder and a treasure! We definitely will stay here again! "

But I especially appreciated the ability to easily book online late at night and immediately get a room and access code so that I could rest after a very long day of traveling and being too tired to make it to my destination that night. Only regret was that my schedule didn’t allow me to stay longer. "
