Brand new and never lived in townhouse located in Oshawa's desirable community. This home provides an unobstructed amazing view of a future private park.
Your group is close to Durham College and Ontario Tech University.
It is located in a quiet area, away from the main road and backing an award winning community park.
The room features 9’ ceilings and large windows filling the room with lots of sunlight. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dedicated work desk.

A Reunion of Friends
Very nice home, so new which made it hard to find on GPS of older vehicle. Property is exactly as advertised and the location was quiet and peaceful. Very enjoyable.

Great stay
This was a very nice location for a short stay. Had everything we needed in the house and more. Felt like home. Lots of space to move, the rooms were great. I would definately recommend a stay at this place and I would come back for sure. We were there for Toronto Comicon, and was only 45-50 min from downtown. It was a nice drive and coming back home was a change from crazy downtown life.

Home away from home.
This house was super comfortable, we felt very welcomed the minute we walked in. The environment and family feel of the house made us feel like home. We loved the excellent amenities and the wonderful views of the natural park near the river and the girls loved the beautiful children's playground. There were lots of restaurants and shopping plazas nearby. I highly recommend it!

Not easy to access
Did not give the give the whole access code for entry of condo! Did not leave introductions for separation of recycle and regular garbage. Did not leave instructions for simple tv and other cable accesses. A simple note would've been helpful. By the way, there was nothing but dirt for the beautiful back yard access!
