「My fiance and I specifically contacted the hotel personal previously before booking the room and requested a operational hot tub. We booked room drive hotel. After arriving and checking in noticed hot tub was empty and was the pool. Immediately knew we was misled and very disappointed that we were unable to use the reason for staying for therapeutic means of relieving pain. We would have booked at a different property for the hot tub. Have yet to receive money back or even an apology. What can I...

「There is a golf course right across the street, which is being fantastic. Our main concern about the hotel was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the sink.」

「The room was clean. Had a problem with the TV, and the employee at front desk came to the room immediately and corrected the problem. We would stay here again.」

「The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again.」

The shower door was very dirty on the bottom and the floor was sticky. When looking up, I see a bug in the light cover, too. A few things that could easily have made the stay better. As I was leaving, I grabbed some coffee and when I took the first sip, it was cold. A little disappointed all the way around.」

「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」
