Absolut den sÀmsta hotellvistelsen vi nÄgonsin har haft. Rummet lÄg precis intill/ovanför hotellets restaurang/bar, dÀr extremt hög musik, skrik och stoj pÄgick oavbrutet hela kvÀllen frÄn cirka 19.30 till 02.00 efter midnatt. Det var helt omöjligt att sova. Att ett hotell utsÀtter sina gÀster för en sÄdan ljudnivÄ utan nÄgon hÀnsyn till sina gÀster Àr helt oacceptabelt. Det fanns ingen bemannad reception att vÀnda sig till. Incheckningen sköttes av restaurangpersonalen, som visserligen var trevlig och vÀlkomnande, men det kunde inte kompensera för hotellets mÄnga brister. Rummet var dÄligt utrustat. Luftkonditioneringen var under all kritik, duschkrÀm saknades, det fanns endast en nÀstan slut toalettpappersrulle och toalettringen var trasig. Trots att det fanns en vattenkokare saknades muggar, inte ens pappersmuggar fanns tillgÀngliga för att dricka vatten. Frukosten var mycket undermÄlig med ett begrÀnsat utbud och ingen personal pÄ plats. Vi Àr mycket besvikna över denna vistelse och rekommenderar dÀrför starkt att INTE vÀlja detta hotell.
