Nice modern and spacious room Great location right in the centre of OSLO and very close to the station Room was very clean and the surrounding building was very quiet The luggage room in the building was easily accessible and was nice and spacious with having no front desk, the digital key on your phone was great and there were no issues at all at check in or getting in to the room at any point would thoroughly recommend!

We stayed three different nights. All access was easy, rooms were very clean. Television function was sporadic: it was different in each room. Frustrating due to limited English programming and needing to scan a code for streaming. Not a huge deal breaker; location was really convenient for us in this trip. Being able to leave luggage was a happy and unexpected bonus.

Initially the level of cliness was not to my expectations, however, I am very pleased how efficiently they correct the problem. That made our stay much at ease. Thanks to the team. We love the modern digital contactless service. We also noticed they could come to your service if you are not comfortable with doing vital service. We are pretty happy overall.

Preis-Leistung passt hier. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, sodass die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erledigt werden können. Es läuft alles vollautomatisiert ab: im Vorfeld erhält man einen Code, um ins Hotel zu kommen und per App kann die eigenen Tür zum Zimmer aufgeschlossen werden. Der Checkout geht auch uber die App. Das Zimmer selber ist grds. sauber, im Bad waren einige Kalkablagerungen und das Waschbecken hatte komische dunkle Kitschen. Die Betten waren sauber die Lage zum Innenhof ruhig.

Make sure you register BEFORE arriving. There are no staff onsite and we met multiple travelers who could not figure out how to check in or get into the hotel or their rooms. If you register before arriving you get your digital key and things work smoothly

We had an excellent stay and really loved that they offer laundry facilities. Remember to use the sign-up sheet in the laundry room to secure a time slot. We didn’t know this and it would have been helpful as it is not really first-come, first served. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay and would stay at a Bob W again!

Don't stay here. The first morning here my mobile phone stopped opening my room door. I sent a message to support, who never got back to me within 24 hours. I got lucky as the maid came along, and after proving to her I was authorized to be in the room, she let me in. This was the only pleasant experience here, and she should have a raise. Every time I left the room, I had to duct tape the latch so I would be able to get back in again, thus leaving entry to anyone walking down the hall. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling, especially as I constantly saw people entering the building without using a pass code.

The room is nice until you realize your only window opens in a very noisy court used a deposit for recycling. Moreover there is some ventilation in that court (from some kitchen?) bringing bad smell in your room when you open the window.
