Poor service. I tell them late checking-in. They sent the pincode to the wrong phone number. I could not have a room in the mid night. No compensation! No apology!

房間還不錯！有廚房十分方便，房間設備也都很完善，廚房用品也十分齊全只是鍋子有幾個沒有清潔乾淨！有提供公共洗衣機還不錯很方便，附近有一間小土耳其超商可方便購買食物，後續旁邊還在蓋一間大超商以後應該十分方便。離地鐵站也很近，只是附近似乎比較多種族人融合要特別注意一些，但是還是算滿安全的！

Near Oslo Central Station, good kitchen for cooking, free self-laundry provided, nice balcony. Many grocery stores nearby.

Good location with nicely equipped open kitchen.
Good location, modern interior and close to central station. Very nice staff. Well equipped kitchen. Tidy and compact room with open view at balcony. Only criticism is about the undersized basin.

Location is 10mins from Oslo central station. The room is with open kitchen and the building also provides free self service Laundry. If check-in after 9pm, there will be no reception. You will have to call the hotline to get your access code to your room. We arrived just before 9pm so we didn’t experience that. Otherwise, I would have to go through the trouble after a long travelling day to use Skype to call the hotline( provided I have internet).

It was fine. Room was clean and as shown in pictures but I would not stay again. As a solo traveler, I didn’t feel comfortable in that area during the day as across the street on the bridge there are men hanging around and staring at you. At night I would get Uber and ask the drivers to wait until I’ve entered the building as someone could easily run inside after you due to large automatic doors, the second set of doors as well someone can easily get in after you once you enter the pin and you cannot pull the door the close faster. The elevator off the 1 floor is a window for an alley where men are hanging around smoking and looking at you through the window. After searching area in Google it is described as the “ghetto” of Oslo. I would not stay again unless you are in a group with males, I would at OTHER forenom locations just not this one in Grønland
