Beautiful old hotel
The staff were so helpful and friendly, and spoke English extremely well. The walk around the lake was fantastic. The grounds at the hotel are excellent

Bella struttura, servizio poco proattivo.
Nessuno alla reception per il check-in, un cartello mi dice di chiamare un numero di cellulare a cui non risponde nessuno, finché inizia a squillare un cellulare abbandonato dietro il bancone. Dopo qualche minuto riprovo e stavolta funziona. Il ragazzo gentilissimo fa il check-in correttamente.
Al mattino non c'è acqua corrente in stanza: niente doccia. Alla reception mi dicono che l'interruzione è stata annunciata solo la sera prima, ma io sono sceso a colazione e la persona alla reception mi ha salutato, ma nessuno mi ha avvisato, né hanno messo cartelli. Bastava avvisare... mi è parso davvero poco professionale.

Fredelig og stemningsfullt hotell
Nydelig sted ved Semsvannet, med vakker hage, fredelige omgivelser, ærverdige gamle bygninger og meget godt kjøkken! Stedet er under renovering, og man ser at bygningene trenger å bli tatt vare på, men dette er et sted med sjel og en ekte atmosfære man aldri ville fått på et kjedehotell. Sov som et barn på herlige madrasser i nydelig sengetøy, og savnet ikke TV på rommet. Hit kommer jeg gjerne igjen!
