「Stayed at this property for a concert at Alerus Center and it was perfect for two couples. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the outdoor patio with a fire pit and two leather sectional recliners to relax on, there was lots of room to spread out and still be together. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities of home and none of the hassle!」

「Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions.」

「A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here!
