“De ligging van de accommodatie is goed. Midden in het centrum. Het centrum van Barcelona is eenvoudig te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. De accommodatie zelf was niet echt schoon en gehorig. Zo zat er schimmel op het plafond in de badkamers en heeft het aanrechtblad zijn beste tijd gehad. Ondanks de 3 airco's was het erg warm op de slaapkamers.”

“Good commmunication with Pitu throughout. Perfect location in the old town. Large private terrace with tremendous view. Comfortable and well equipment apartment with air conditioning. Parking on site was a real bonus. Train station is a 15 minute walk away. Step free access from the street and then lift up to top floor. All in all a great experience.”

“Check in was a nightmare, the host left the key at a restaurant, asked the restaurant owner where the apartment was, he didn't know, the address wasn't clear and the map location was incorrect, we only found the apartment by looking at the listing pictures, turns out the apartment was next door to the restaurant. And the beach is 400 meters,not the 100 as described in the listing. ”

Communication was always friendly, prompt, and clear, making everything easy from start to finish. “Fantastic! Everything was great. We were a group of 6 cyclists and it was a perfect fit. Tons of storage (secure) for the bikes and perfectly appointed with all we needed. Location, location, location!! ”

“The property was disgusting. It was filthy. It was overgrown unkept there was bugs… The property was filthy dirty. The furniture was filthy dirtier we could not sleep on a dirty bed. The bathroom door would not close. The cupboards are being held together by duct tape.”

“Awesome Area, tons of Shops and restaurants. Plus right accross the road from beach. The train can be a tittle loud if you have the windows open at night.The only negative i have is that you need to pick the keys up from their office between 4 and 7pm, the office is a 40 minute walk or 15 taxi each way from the appartment - I was not expecting this.”

“Lovely property with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Super close to the lovely beach, super close to grocery, super close to the train station to get into Barcelona city. The management team is friendly and very helpful, responding very quickly to me questions. Highly recommended! ”
