“This is an awesome house for a large family. We visited with 5 toddlers and tween. The tween had fun kayaking, fishing, playing table tennis and pool. The adults lived the fact that the toddlers (who wake up at 6am) could not be heard anywhere in the house in they were in the basement. Everyone was happy. Loved the sun room! The view was amazing and was close enough to a grocery store. Amazing property!!!!”

“If historical architecture is your thing then this is the place for you! This house was gorgeous and historical while still being very comfortable and functional. There were a few minor things different from the description but all for the better due to the updates and improvements the owner has made. We had a great time shopping and eating downtown at places that were all within walking distances and enjoying the views of the other historical houses surrounding this location on our stroll. We……

The dock was great and my only suggestions would be if you plan on brining a boat, like we did, bring a few extra bumpers for tying up you boat. The neighbor is quiet and the ramp is just down the road from the house. Everything was clean, well kept and perfect for out family vacation. We will definitely be back again!”

“15 ladies enjoyed a wonderful long girls weekend at Floatin and Boatin. The kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors for relaxing and lots of laughter. Just minutes to Rosemont Winery and Shady Shack. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.”

We didnt get to go to the lake because it was raining just about the whole trip. The house is in great condition just in need of a deep cleaning. Overall we would stay again.”

“What a wonderful place to call home for the week. The house, amenities, little extras made for an excellent time. The boathouse was awesome as were the fun hammock chairs at the dock. The cove was wide and great for swimming, floating, and fishing. Available covered boat slip was also very handy for our boat. Community boat ramp was super convenient. Little extras like the rolling cooler, beach towels, toiletries, trashcans on the porch and dock, kayaks and paddle boards all made the stay that……

“Lyons Creek is a beautiful property. It was clean, neat and as described. It was perfect for my quick family getaway. The only feedback I have would be to replace the outdoor grill. It needed some attention and was not operational. Otherwise, I would definitely rent this property again.”
