“Came down for my birthday. I love the area between Ormond and New Smyrna and always look for a place along the river or a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect and a comfortable spot to call home for the week”

“Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Egal ob zum Frühstücken, Lebensmittel einkaufen oder am Strand, alles ist in nur 5min zu erreichen. Und dennoch ist man leicht abgelegen und kann die Ruhe genießen. Wir würden wieder kommen und können es weiterempfehlen. Das Besteck wie Töpfe ist minimalistisch eingerichtet… mit einem Topf und einer Pfanne kommt man mit einer Familie von 4 Personen nicht gut aus. Der einzige negative Punkt den ich geben muss ist, es gibt kein Wäscheständer oder……

“Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed 4 nights. Hosts responded quickly and were so friendly. We walked daily around the neighborhood, along the lake trails, and through Rollins College. We could have walked to lots of shopping and lots of restaurants if it wasn’t Florida hot and we’d melt! It’s about 30 minutes to the Disney parks and the local museums are very close. Loved the house and would stay again.”

“This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!”

“Great communication from the beginning. The house was more than we expected and was super cute! We fell in love with the area and felt very safe and was able to relax. We are in our late 40's and early 50's and this was perfect for us. I adored the bed! It was the highlight of our trip (I am not kidding)! “It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean.”

“Nice place still needs finishing up the building. 1. closet no flooring bare concrete. 2 . Rusty shower rods and tub spout falling off. 3. microwave was very small portable unit. 4. No nightlights inside 5. Pillows would flatten down to fast needs to be upgraded”

“There was no front desk to check in or out. And we really liked being able to just go straight up to the room when we arrived and when our stay was over to just make sure keys were left and door was locked. We would for sure stay here again and plan on booking for a few weeks out with our kids.”
