“I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property. Though the room was small, The room had a very pleasant and clean smell. The room was a little bit damp, but otherwise it had a very clean smell and very safe feeling. We would go back to that again for a great bargain on price and clean rooms.”

“A real secret gem. Quiet, but just a short drive to Deland. Attractive lakefront; fishing and boating. We needed separate bedrooms and this was a great option. Cheaper than two rooms at other hotels, and simpler. We were looking for a quiet getaway in the area, and this was perfect.”

“Generally good condition but old. It was comfortable for the price. All was a little worn. The non-smoking condition seemed to have been a clean up and paint over. I could still smell some of the residual smell. I purchased my own air freshener spray. The folks were very friendly and offered fresh towels and trash pickup each morning.”

“Very close to a shopping mall and if you need Asian food there is a superstore nearby for that. Thoight breakfast is free but it is not.”
