Osterville on Cape Cod. Pleasant Cape Cod-style home one block from North Bay just off Bay Street. Walk to village and shops. This house was renovated in 2009 and 2013. Solar panels were added in 2017. Ecotourism! Face Book page is Osterville vacation rentals.

This Non-Smoking home features a large family room with dining area and a formal living room and dining area. Five bedrooms, four baths plus game room and bath on lower level. Four of the five baths have been expanded, renovated and completely updated. Two zone central air and heat. Attic fan. Screened in porches, flagstone terrace, fenced back yard, Master bedroom deck. Two bedrooms with French doors to another deck. Well equipped beautiful kitchen. Laundry room. Mature gardens.

Off season month long or more bookings are welcome at 4000.00 a month plus utilities. A discount will be applied to the lease rate.

Great vacation

The house is warm and welcoming. It is easy to cook in the kitchen and enjoy all the amenities. This is our second time staying in the house and it was just as I remembered, lovely and comfortable.

Late summer Cape wedding visit.

My daughter was married at Nauticus Marina, a beautiful waterfront wedding venue in Osterville. This home is a short drive away and served as a way to house family members and guests from out of town. It is a wonderfully appointed Cape Cod home, very large and accommodating, with a small beach at the end of the road. We found all the comforts of home there, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We may well be back. I highly recommend this property and Rosalind was wonderful at communicating during our stay.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our week stay at this massive and beautiful home in Osterville. We needed a large space with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that was close to a wedding venue and this was perfect. The back yard is beautiful. Perfect for grilling and playing outdoor games. The house has a homey feel and is stocked with everything you need. Even for a lobster boil! We were a little surprised by how much personal items of the owners were left out for guests to see. Lots of pictures of the family, books, photo albums, etc. We had a slight issue with the AC on the bottom floor but the owner responded right away and was able to help get it fixed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Secluded Cape Cod Enchantment

Spectacular kitchen accomodates multiple cooks easily, fully stocked with cookware and serving dishes, and blender etc. (even a stocked spice drawer). Fantastic outdoor gas grill. We had a family reuinion (20+ people) BBQ for Memorial Day. Plenty of outdoor seating. The screened porch seats 20+ for those hiding from the sun. A manicured back yard. We played croquet. The house is spacious, one wing an informal family room/dining room, the other wing a more formal living room/dining room. Rosalind has paid attention to every detail. When we arrived an impressive bouquet of giant Asian lillies greeted us with color and scent. Rosalind was quick to respond to any texts I sent with questions. The location is perfect, walkable to the village of Osterville and equidistant by car to Woods Hole/Yarmouth and WellFleet/P-town.

Best VRBO experience ever!

They say there's no place like home, but this property might make you change your mind! We had a very comfortable stay here for a family wedding! There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside, and the kitchen has to be to the best-stocked-VRBO we've seen. We've been renting homes for over 25 years on the Cape and this was our best experience, ever! Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

My family had a great time on a long weekend vacation. The house was well appointed and had plenty of space for everyone. It was walking distance to Osterville for shops and restaurants and a short trip to the beach. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful with our questions. We are hoping to be back soon!

Gorgeous property and wonderful owner

The house was beautiful, well maintained, and spotless. We visited with 3 young kids and the in-laws and had space to spare. Rosalind was very responsive and helpful despite being out of town. We would definitely visit again!

Great property for spacious but cozy family reunion

The lovely, roomy, and comfortable house met all our needs for a wonderful family reunion. We especially enjoyed the generous number of bathrooms, comfortable beds (btw, wonderful linens!), and plenty of room to spread out. The key to the front and side doors was a little tricky but we worked it out. The property manager responded timely when we had a question about the disposal. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Reunion

Outstanding! Perfect for our large family.

We spent five days in Osterville at this lovely home that was perfect for our large family. The house abounds with porches, patios and decks. The master bedroom is an oasis in itself. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. R. made us feel quite welcome. We walked each day into Osterville for our morning coffee at Amie's. Overall, it could not have been better or easier.

Beautiful home.

The home and property are really lovely and in an ideal location. It is a beautifully decorated classic Cape home and very comfortable. We had some minor, ordinary logistical changes to our plans that arose. First, we wanted to pay to arrive one night earlier rather than staying in a hotel. Then, on our departure date there was a miscommunication relating to the departure time of one of our ten guests and her belongings were still in the home when the cleaning crew arrived. Ultimately, everything was resolved, but the owner was very anxious about both issues and a good bit of communication was required. I would advise to confirm all plans in detail ahead of time, which we would have preferred to do as well, but is not always possible with travel.
