The apartment offers a living space of 90 m² for up to four people. You find next to the living room with TV and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a separate sleeping area with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and has direct access to the elevator. The modern equipment is new in all rooms and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment has two large balconies. From one of the balconies you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, from the other balcony the view of the promenade of the seaside resort.

From May to September, a beach chair is already booked for your entire holiday and is available for free. This can be found on the main beach of Baabe in the first row from the sea.

A parking space is available on the grounds of the condominium.

If the weather should not play, you can use the spa in the basement of the house with infrared cabin, sauna, steam sauna, heated bench (z. Currently open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays between 4 and 8 pm). and fitness room (open daily).

There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The apartment is on the 3rd First floor (attic) of the former Hotel Mönchgut, which is located directly on the beautiful promenade of the seaside resort Baabe.

The beach of 150 m is characterized by its special accommodation. Directly at the feet of the domicile you will find numerous bars and restaurants and the cabaret Lachmöwe. On the beach there are various possibilities to enjoy snacks, drinks and food. Shops for daily necessities are located, as well as the bakery, within walking distance.

The allergy-friendly community Baabe belongs to the peninsula Mönchgut on Rügen. The neighboring communities are the Baltic Sea Sellin and Göhren.
There is a lot to discover around here - a day at the beach, a bike ride, a trip with the "Raging Roland" or a boat trip from the Baabe bulwark to the protected island of Vilm - just to name a few.
