Sunshine house in Baabe - holiday home
The holiday house in Baabe, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea. It was built in 2005 and offers up to 6 people enough space. Thanks to the unique location, it is particularly suitable for a family vacation with children. The cottage has two bedrooms, a fireplace, a terrace and a car park. You are not allowed to smoke in the entire house. Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful beaches Ruegen.
House:
The holiday home in Baabe auf Rügen has a floor space of approx. 60 sqm and is spread over two floors. It can accommodate 4-6 people. The ground floor is the large living room with a cozy sitting area (sofa bed) with satellite TV, underfloor heating and a fireplace. From the living room leads to the house belonging terrace with garden furniture. The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. A separate dining area with a large table for up to 6 people is available. On the ground floor of the house is also a separate toilet with sink. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, bedside tables and a linen closet. Also upstairs is the bathroom, equipped with shower / WC and a bathtub.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Ferienhaus "Sonnenschein" (Nr.35)
Wir haben das genannte Haus für 7 Tage gemietet. Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach der Coronazeit Anfang Jun.2021 (Lockdown). Unser kurzes Fazit dazu - Nie wieder!!!
Die Kommunikation bzw. Schlüsselübergabe mit der zuständigen Frosch-Ferienhausverwaltung war auch, auf Grund von Unkenntnis der Coronabestimmungen der Insel Rügen, nicht "toll".
Zum Haus:
Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen nicht dem heutigen Stand. Die Grünanlage, um das Haus herum ist verwildert. Der Hausmeisterservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das gilt auch für die Kommunikation generell. Reparaturen, die notwendig gewesen wären, um auch das ganze Haus (wie vertraglich gemietet) nutzen zu können, wurden erst nach unserer Abreise durchgeführt. Wir wurden beschuldigt, dem Hausmeister, der kurz vorbei kam, nicht alle Mängel gemeldet zu haben. Wobei es zuvor einen kleinen Emailverkehr inkl. Bilder mit der Frosch-Ferienhausverwaltung gab. Während der Zeit des Lockdowns hätten die Mängel abgestellt werden können. Wir als Urlauber sind nicht bereit den Hausmeisterservice zu übernehmen bzw. Mängelberichte zu erstellen. Danke an die Hausbesitzer Fam. Barth, dass Sie sich so toll, um Ihre Haus/Häuser kümmern und das Sie uns nicht entgekommen sind!!!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienobjekt
Wir haben mit drei unserer Enkelkinder im Februar 2020 in diesem Objekt ca. eine Woche verbracht. Uns gefiel die Nähe zum Strand und die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Sehr positiv ist auch, dass es im Haus zwei Toiletten gibt, was bei fünf Personen nicht unwichtig ist. Schön wäre, wenn es auch noch WLAN im Haus gäbe.

Das Häuschen entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt!
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
