Objekt an sich gut, günstige Lage Hausverwaltung: Abzocke Wenn ich einen Kaminofen stelle und dafür auch mehr Geld verlange, dann stelle ich auch Holz - mindestens für die erste Charge 2 Rollen Klopapier für 3 Leute in 8 Tagen reichen einfach nicht… Es ist so einfach gastfreundlich zu sein…

Wunderschön mit leichten Abzügen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut im Ort gelegen. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, mit Rad umso mehr. W-LAN gibt es leider nicht. Dies wird zwar auch nicht angepriesen, zeitgemäß wäre es trotzdem. Die Tür zu einem Zimmer lies sich leider nur abschließen um sie geschlossen zu halten, der einfach schnappen war leider nicht mehr vorhanden. Das haben wir gemeldet und denken das es sicher repariert wird. Falls nicht wisst ihr jetzt seit wann das so ist. Das Mobiliar ist zeitgemäß und schön. Die Couch ist für meinen Geschmack zu tief und weich, ideal zum versacken. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist jedenfalls nicht zu beanstanden. Grüße Matthias

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Die Lage, die Ausstattung und der Garten - es passte alles. Alles da in Küche und Haushalt, neuwertige Möbel, Spiele für Kinder, gut durchdachte Details... Strandkorb im Garten... wir haben es genossen. Hervorzuheben ist der Hausmeisterservice: es war super sauber und auch zwischendurch wurde uns geholfen. Leider kein nutzbarer Grill vorhanden und kein WLAN.

Familienurlaub in Prerow

Wir haben eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage vorgefunden. Alles, was vor Ort zu regeln war, konnte schnell und unkompliziert mit der Agentur Flöter erledigt werden.
