Lamia del Riccio: a typical Apulian residence.

The property consists of a central stone lamia (newly built) which
houses the living room (with sofa bed), kitchenette and two bedrooms, both with
"En suite bathroom". Separated from the central lamia we then have a master bedroom suite
carved out of an old lamia with an attached Saracen trullo, where we find
a large bathroom with alcove shower. All rooms have a TV,
safe, mosquito nets and blackout curtains.
But the beauty of these places lies in life in the open air, in scents, in colors
of nature: therefore, to complete the estate we find a hectare of garden
with ancient olive trees and an outdoor gazebo dedicated to relaxation, with a dining area equipped with
equipped masonry kitchen and conversation corner. Green areas with gazebos
shading with seats and a swimming pool with sun terrace allow, in
absolute autonomy, to fully enjoy the magical atmosphere of the Valle d’Itria
standing a few steps from the sea. Furthermore, a large room is available for guests
private parking. The whole property is equipped with an alarm system to guarantee
maximum tranquility during your stay.
The interior design concept is a perfect balance between the past (the white stone,
the trulli, the lamia) and the contemporaneity of the furniture inspired by the typical colors of this
earth: from the absolute white of the lime, to a color palette basically
neutral (gray and dove) mainly used for furniture and upholstery, all
strictly coming from prestigious Italian furniture and design brands
(Gervasoni, Scic, Anna Lari, Officine Tamborrino, Ceramiche Flaminia, Rab, Moab).
