A cosy apartment located in a renovated historic building, outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) yet not far from Ostuni’s historic centre, which is a 10-minute walk away. The area is quiet and offers all essential amenities. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all modern conveniences, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a terrace overlooking the rooftops, furnished with sofas and lounge chairs—the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation.



The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street; there is NO lift: you must climb a flight of 15 steps to access it.



Please also note that there is an internal staircase with high steps leading to the terrace, which is furnished with sofas and lounge chairs.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Open-plan kitchen with a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and conventional oven

- Living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and a small balcony

- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, and a small balcony

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub with showerhead.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

In the past, due to the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime to make them sterile.
